Guide to purchasing a Gift Card

1. - Choose the Gift Card amount that you wish to give
2. - Enter your information, and the recipient's name and e-mail
3. - Write your personal message
4. - Add to cart and complete your order
5. - The recipient will receive his Gift Card by e-mail, to be used on store.atalanta.it

How to use your Gift Card

Have you received a Gift Card? Start shopping now!

1. - Add to cart the items you wish to purchase
2. - In the cart or checkout page, enter the Gift Card code you have received by e-mail in the "GIFT CARD" field
3. - Complete your purchase. If the purchase exceeds your Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by credit card, Paypal, or cash on delivery (for Italy only)
4. - You can check the balance of your Gift Card any time through the Gift Card section in your account, or directly in the cart or checkout page
5. - Your gift card may be used on multiple orders.

1. Gift Card redemption

The Gift card may only be redeemed on store.atalanta.it. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s Gift Card balance. Orders must be paid only with one Gift Card at a time. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method accepted on store.atalanta.it. To view your Gift Card balance, visit your account page on store.atalanta.it and enter your Gift Card code in the "GIFT CARD" section. The balance may also be viewed from the cart or checkout page. No fees apply to Gift Cards.

2. Limitations

Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date of issuance. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Card balances may not be transferred to another Gift Card.

3. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
