Joma and Atalanta are proud to present the new BERGAMO CITY EDITION game jersey for the 2023/2024 season.
The CITY EDITION jersey is a tribute to the City of Bergamo: the home of Atalanta and all Atalanta fans. On the front, with a tone-on-tone sublimation technique, a map of the city has been inserted. The model of this new jersey is characterised by an elegant blue-black polo collar, to which an internal elastic rib has been added, where the writing BG, the initials of the City of Bergamo, is written.
The blue-black details are also echoed in the ribbing of the sleeve cuffs. The fabric, 100% recycled, is a jacquard that creates an 'empty/full' pattern. As per tradition, the motto "LA MAGLIA SUDATA SEMPRE" is on the inside of the collar, while the name "ATALANTA BERGAMO", also underlining the link with the city, is on the back, just below the collar.

Like the other jerseys of the 23/24 season, with the Atalanta CITY EDITION jersey Joma intends to reaffirm its commitment to caring for the environment by producing it in 100% recycled polyester fabric. This fabric has been produced from recycled materials, specifically PET bottles, which are converted into raw material. This reduces CO2 emissions by 75% and avoids the use of new petroleum derivatives. Recycled polyester offers elasticity, strength and good breathability.
In the areas of maximum perspiration, where the player needs more breathability, the fabric has been treated with the MICRO-MESH system, a technology that guarantees breathability and an effective release of body heat, increasing the feeling of comfort.
The seams are flat and made with the FLATLOCK system to avoid possible chafing on the skin. Every detail and personalisation element is designed to guarantee total comfort: all the logos are in fact applied with the JOMA SPORTECH system, which involves the use of an extremely flexible and resistant material attached to the fabric through heat, thus avoiding possible chafing and improving the athlete's comfort during the game.
